We focused on the idea of a private life rather than a private home while designing Rivara Ranch. We would be private with our luxuriousness, swimming pool, steam bath, and vast garden… Sure we wanted to share our neighborhood, safety, and perhaps our gardener as well… But above all, our life should be definitely private…
We shouldn’t be drifted away from İstanbul that we love with our close friends and family for the private life that we’ve longed for. We should be able to reach them in 20 – 25 minutes via Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge.
We were very impressed by “Wislow Place” project of Lindal among hundreds of projects when were in Canada to pick a project. However, we couldn’t let go of marine lines, Turkish patterns, and hand workmanship. We’ve also included them. We’ve drawn, calculated and realized Rivara in line with these ideas with our team of 5 architects, 1 engineer, and 30 foremen.
